Fundamentals of Change (ADKAR®)

A concise, hands-on introduction to the ADKAR® model and essential change concepts - perfect for teams building a common language and baseline capability.

  • Apply Awareness → Desire → Knowledge → Ability → Reinforcement
  • Understand the PCT Triangle (project, change, leadership)
  • Run a simple Change Impact Assessment
  • Build clear role-based communications

Delivered by a certified Prosci Change Practitioner. (Training aligns with Prosci/ADKAR® concepts; this course is not an official Prosci certification.)

Leading Teams Through Change (Managers)

An interactive manager program - 3 days virtual or 1 day in-person - to lead people through uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

  • Coach using the CLARC model (Communicate, Listen, Align, Remove barriers, Celebrate)
  • Diagnose resistance & reinforce adoption
